Employer/Group Vision Plans
Since 1959, Union Eye Care has been providing employers and workers with Union Eye Care Vision Care Benefit Plans. These plans are designed to meet all the vision care needs based on employer/ group requirements and/or bid specifications. Union Eye Care can design a vision care plan to meet the needs of all size employers and groups – small to large – in Northeastern Ohio or nationwide through a network of participating Independent Doctors of Optometry and other affiliated retailers.

Enroll in our Personal Vision Plan and receive the most affordable benefit in Northeast Ohio. Your membership in the Personal Vision Plan provides you with a FREE eye examination for every member. In addition you will receive discounts of 50% or more off prescription lenses and frames.
